The hardest part of the build ships in the first third. Everything else is hardening, polish, and shipping defaults. No prototype graveyard.

Brief.
Two-sentence intake on what you're trying to ship. We come back with a pointed question or a proposal. 24-hour SLA.
02WK 1–4
Spike.
The hardest part ships first. Architecture, UI language, the one thing that would kill the build if it were wrong. De-risked before touching anything else.
03WK 5–10
Ship.
Production code from day one. Every PR lands on a URL someone could use. No staging-only prototypes. You watch the thing come alive.
04WK 11–12
Harden.
Perf budget, security pass, monitoring wired, docs written. The build doesn't ship until it's maintainable without us.
