How do you invoice?

Fixed price, 50/50 split. 50% to start, 50% at delivery or a defined milestone. Net-30. EUR or USD.

What if scope changes mid-build?

We lock scope before we start. Scope changes are priced as a separate change order. We don't absorb overruns, and we don't pass them to you silently.

Q3

What's included in a Forge sprint?

Design, engineering, deployment, monitoring setup, and a documentation handoff. Post-launch support is not included by default but can be added.

Q4

Do you do retainers?

Not on Forge or Orbit. Masthead Evolve is our only recurring engagement model, and it's scoped per quarter.

Q5

Can I pay in EUR?

Yes. We invoice in EUR or USD. Spanish IVA (21%) applies to Spanish entities.

Q6

What's your payment structure for Orbit?

Equity plus a negotiated cash component, agreed before any work starts. Structure varies per deal.
